Our beef cattle are grass fed and finished. I have been raising Lowline Angus for 14years.Recently the name was changed to reflect their true heritage (American Aberdeen Angus)This breed is recognized for it's feed efficiency and ability to produce tender cuts of meat without consuming grain, We are currently creating a waitlist for whole or half of beef harvesting in spring 2018. USDA half beef price 6.00 per lb hanging weight, whole 5.75 per lb hanging weight these prices include cutting wrapping and processing. WSDA whole beef 3.25 per pound hanging weight an additional fee of approx. .65 a lb to be paid to the butcher plus a processing fee of approx. 80.00. Whole beef is typically 425-500lbs hanging weight. Individual prices are below remember we don't have everything in stock all the time this especially pertains to cuts such as flank or skirt steak the brisket and some of the organ meats and oxtail. You can always pre order these items from the next harvest.
